It's been so much fun to talk about ratios, write stories, and see our class successfully using ratios!
The creativity and laughter has been coupled with good math work as we learn about how to write and use ratios. We will continue this week with equivalent ratios and using equivalent ratios to solve problems.

Module 1 Ratios for Parents
Homework this week has been to complete the problem set or part of the problem set after the lesson. The problem set is attached to the notes so the students can use their classwork practice to help them complete the homework.
I-Ready testing will be on Tuesday, September 1. I am excited to see where students are starting this year and how I can help each student grow this year!
Back to school night will be Thursday, September 3 from 5-7pm! I will be in 6th grade's meeting, but please come between the waves and I would love to meet you!
